All Eassiy software provides the free trial version for customers before deciding to purchase the full version. The trial versions offer enough services for customers to try with a use limit. Eassiy recommends our customers to try the product to confirm whether it is the one you need before purchasing. This also helps customers avoid purchasing the wrong product.
1. Money Back Guarantee
Eassiy provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee based on accepted circumstances so that we can
offer our best services and products. As Eassiy offers ‘try-before-you-buy’ system, refunds will
be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below. If a purchase
exceeds the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, or it is out of the accepted
circumstances, no refund will be given.
2. Circumstances of No Refund
As Eassiy offers the free trial version to try before purchasing, Eassiy generally does not
refund or exchange products in the following situations:
Non-technical Circumstances:
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in
dissatisfaction with the product's function. It is highly recommended that every
customer
read the product description and try the free trial version before purchasing.
Note: Eassiy does not refund software if products fail to meet customer's
needs
due to a
lack of understanding by the customer, of the products functions and capabilities.
However,
Eassiy would exchange the purchased product for the correct product outright with price
difference within the guarantee period. If the purchased product is exchanged for a
correct
product of lower price, Eassiy will not refund the price difference.
- A refund for the failure to receive registration code after the order has been
successful.
Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. But sometimes
it
may be delayed by email spam setting, internet issue, etc. In this case, please contact
Eassiy Support Team. We will retrieve registration code for customers ASAP within 24
hours.
- Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase the correct
product from another company.
- A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud or other unauthorized
payment.
As Eassiy cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor
authorization during payment. In this case, Eassiy recommends customers to contact the
card
issuers if there is a fraud. And the refund cannot be accepted. However, Eassiy will
exchange the purchased product for one the customer would like.
- Eassiy product price differences between different regions or price differences between
Eassiy and other companies.
- As the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with
the
operating system. Eassiy highly recommends customers try the software before purchase.
- A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.

A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.
Technical Circumstances
- When meeting some technical trouble, customers are supposed to cooperate with Eassiy
Support Team to provide detailed information, screenshots and files. A refund request
won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions
provided by Eassiy.
- Due to the possibility and the randomness of replication of the file system, the
recovery software (Android Data Recovery, iPhone Data Recovery) may not recover all
deleted files that you need. Thus, please stop using your device after the data gets
lost and during the recovery process. If the recovery process goes wrong, please contact
us as soon as possible. Our tech team will analyze your case and provide solutions for
you. We won't deal with the refund request for non-technical reason.

A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated, if the
order exceeds 30 days.
3. Circumstances of Eligible Refund
Non-technical Circumstances:
- Purchase of the same product (both from Eassiy) twice at the same time. With confirmation of Eassiy Support Team, Eassiy will refund one of the products for customer, or exchange one program for another Eassiy product.
- Purchase of two products (both from Eassiy) with similar functions. In this case, Eassiy will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another Eassiy product if required.
- The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has failed to retrieve the registration code from the Eassiy Support Center, and has not received a timely response (within 24 hours) from the Eassiy Support Team after making contact. In this case, Eassiy will refund the customer's order if they have no need of the product in future.
- Purchase of a 'wrong product', and then purchase of the correct product from our company. In this case, Eassiy will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you have no need for it.
Technical Problems:
- Within 30 days, no solution has provided to deal with the technical problems of the software. In this case, Eassiy will refund the purchase if the customer requests.
